I'm Dr. Katie Fracalanza
Licensed Clinical Psychologist & People-Pleasing Expert
I’m a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in people-pleasing, fear of judgment, anxiety, and self-compassion. I work as a Clinical Assistant Professor at Stanford University where I conduct research related to optimizing treatments for anxiety and train other providers in how to provide the most helpful therapies possible. I have been offering therapy to help individuals overcome struggles like people-pleasing for more than 10 years, and have my own private clinic where I train other therapists in how to offer gold-standard psychotherapy.
Not only am I an experienced psychologist, but I’m also a recovering people-pleasing. I am so passionate about helping others let go of people-pleasing because doing this has changed my life. I’ve gone from being the anxious young-woman doing what everyone else wants to a leader in my area of interest - all by learning to listen to myself, speak up, and take actions in line with my true self. I’ve helped hundreds of people do the same, and I know I can help you too!
